This fun ballroom styling and technique class is every Saturday morning starting on January 3rd.
We will warm up with some fun energetic and aerobic movements to music
Then we will execute some easy combinations of arm and hand styling along with latin hip and leg action.
Next we will move across the floor with combinations that focus our attention on balanced and smooth movement.
The class is designed to improve your dancing while keeping the body limber and fit.
